Please note that when you make an order from us you are agreeing to and are bound by our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect of the moment they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time you use this website and your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of our latest terms and conditions.

General

Welcome to www.londonjewellerysupplies.co.uk (the ‘site’). If you continue to browse the site and/or place an order, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern the use of the site and purchase of goods from the site. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use the site.

The term ‘London Jewellery Supplies’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Legacy Centre, Hanworth Trading Estate, Hampton Road West, Feltham, Middlesex TW13 6DH. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase goods from the site. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Your use of and registration on the site is void where prohibited.

Purchase of products

The placing of a Product on our Website is an invitation to accept offers for such Product and is not an offer to sell at the listed price nor is it binding on us. We are under no obligation to accept your order (whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit/debit card been charged).

Every effort is made to display images of items with accuracy but as all our jewellery is hand-made there may be slight variations and imperfections.

Prices are subject to change without notice

All prices are inclusive of VAT

Goods are subject to availability. Should any item be sold out we will inform you by email and a refund of the item will be carried out.

We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver the Products within 30 days of your order and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable to you for any losses you may have for any delay in delivery.

Cancellations

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods providing you have not damaged the goods, they are still fully packaged with all tags etc.

To cancel your contract you must notify us by email at sales@londonjewellerysupplies.co.uk or telephone us on 0208 979 2659.

If you cancel the contract you must return the goods to us at the address set out at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions at your own cost and risk. If you cancel the contract and then you receive the goods you must not unpack them from their packaging but must immediately send them back to us.

Provided that we receive the goods in the condition they were in when delivered to you then we will re-credit your credit/debit card with the amount debited for your order for the goods in question as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of you cancelling the contract.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if:

· We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.

· One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

· If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email or by telephone, and will re-credit your credit/debit card with the amount debited for your order for the goods in question as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of us cancelling the contract.

Payments

The total price payable includes the cost of the goods plus postage and packaging. In the event of special offers where free items are offered postage will still be payable on the free items.

Payment for any London Jewellery Supplies product is made through Paypal, a registered and secure electronic payment system.

All payments are subject to validation by the card issuer. London Jewellery Supplies does not accept responsibility for the refusal of a card payment and will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver the Products within 30 days of your order and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable to you for any losses you may have for any delay in delivery.


Refunds

We do hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you do not want the products you have ordered we will issue a refund on receipt of these items minus any postage and packaging charges. As long as the products are returned to us within 14 days from the date of your order.

If your items are incorrect or faulty please inform us of this within 48 hours. You will be required to send these products back in order to receive a full refund.

None of the above affects your statutory rights

We at London Jewellery Supplies respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with any third party, other company or individual unless it is part of our service or unless we are required to by the Law. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Any information that we collect from you will be voluntary offered (for example through forms and email's). All this data will be treated in confidence and will only be used for the purpose that it is indented

Your email address may be added to our mailing list so that we can use it to send out our newsletters or contact you about special offers, however you can unsubscribe to this at any time.

Any financial details given to us directly or sent via the website will not be stored or collected. All payments online and over the phone are taken either via Paypal or through a secure online booking system. This information is confidential and we will not keep or share these details with anyone.
